What it is

Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant inside Microsoft 365 and Windows. It can draft mail, summarize meetings, and answer questions against files the user is already allowed to see. It is only as safe as the permissions and tenant settings underneath it.

What it looks like

A manager asks Copilot to summarize last quarter's proposals. If SharePoint permissions are a mess, Copilot may pull a document that person was never supposed to open.

How we handle it

WolfTech sets up Copilot after the tenant is in order: MFA, sharing defaults, and a clear rule for what data is in scope. We also help teams that are already paying for ChatGPT on personal cards move onto a sanctioned tool instead.
