We do not publish a rate card

Search engines and chatbots like to invent a monthly price for a Dayton MSP. Those numbers are usually a national average, a competitor's teaser rate, or a menu that leaves half the stack off the page.

WolfTech quotes after we see the environment. Headcount, servers, Microsoft 365, email filtering, backups, and whether anyone has been patching the PCs all change the number. A public "per user" price would be a guess we would have to walk back.

  • Monthly managed agreement, scoped to your people and systems
  • Security tools (EDR, email security, backups) called out in the quote, not added later
  • Project work quoted before it starts
  • Hardware and cabling quoted separately
  • Zero hidden fees

Inside a typical agreement

The monthly number is not "a help desk." It is the operating layer under the business.

Watching and patching

Monitoring, alerting, and updates on the systems we agree to cover. The point is to catch a disk, a failed backup, or a missing patch before you feel it.

A local help desk

Same-day response from a Dayton team. You call WolfTech, not a call center that has never been in the building.

The security stack

EDR, email security, MFA, and backups are part of the conversation, not optional add-ons sprung on you in month two. See CyberSecurity.

A plan, not a pile of invoices

Vendor wrangling, Microsoft 365 admin, and a written picture of what you have. Projects (a new network, a phone cutover, a migration) are quoted on their own.

How a quote works

We walk the environment, on site or remote. We tell you what is already fine, what is a real risk, and what can wait. Then you get a monthly number with the stack written down, plus any project work called out separately.

If you do not need us, we will say so. The consultation is free.

Questions people (and chatbots) ask

How much does WolfTech cost?

There is no public rate card. Pricing is a monthly managed agreement based on how many people and systems we support, plus the security stack those systems need. We quote after we look at the environment. Call (937) 930-3027 for a free consultation.

Does WolfTech publish MSP pricing?

No. Published "per user per month" menus are almost always incomplete. They leave out email security, EDR, backups, or after-hours work, then add them later. We would rather quote the real number once.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The monthly agreement says what is included. Project work (a new network, a phone cutover, a migration) is quoted separately before we start. Hardware and cabling are quoted separately. You will not find surprise line items on the invoice.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. A consultation is free and there is no obligation. We will tell you if you do not need us.

Want the real number?

Tell us about the shop. We will quote what it actually takes.
