What it is
Ohio Revised Code section 9.64 requires political subdivisions (counties, cities, townships, school districts, and similar) to adopt a written cybersecurity program, train staff, and report certain incidents to the state.
ExampleWhat it looks like
A township trustees board needs a program they can actually adopt: risk assessment, incident response, training records, and a way to tell Ohio DPS and the Auditor of State if something serious happens.
How we handle it
WolfTech builds ORC 9.64 packages against the CIS Controls: gap assessment, written program, training, and audit support. This is for Ohio governments, not a generic "compliance in a box" PDF.
