What it is
Phishing is a fake message (email, text, or a look-alike login page) built to steal a password, a one-time code, or a wire instruction. Modern phishing often bypasses the spam folder and looks like Microsoft, a bank, or your own IT team.
ExampleWhat it looks like
An employee gets a Teams-looking email, clicks "Review document," and types their Microsoft 365 password into a page that is not Microsoft.
How we handle it
WolfTech layers email filtering, multi-factor authentication, and awareness training so one bad click is less likely to become a full account takeover. We also publish plain-language writeups of the scams we actually see hitting Dayton businesses.
