Are you a HIPAA consultant?
We are the IT and security operator. We implement technical safeguards, help with the documentation those safeguards need, and work alongside your compliance or legal counsel when you have one. We are not your lawyer.
Do you work with behavioral health and 42 CFR Part 2 programs?
Yes. Several Dayton clients are in that world. The rule of thumb is the same: least access, safe email, real backups, and no patient data on random USB drives.
